in respect of the letter under the pseudonym of "Wireless *

which appeared in your issue of the 18th inst.

Our client is advised sucn letter is distinc tly

libellous and we are instructed to require an apology and a

withdrawal of the imputations containedin the letter, we

enclose a form of apology which will be satisfactory.
